About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Winder to join our team in Goldsboro, GOLDS. As a Winder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining winding machines to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating and maintaining winding machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain winding machines to produce high-quality products
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment

Skills:

As a Winder, you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to operate and maintain winding machines, ensuring that high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. You will work closely with other team members, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you will need to be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, and maintain accurate records of production processes. Finally, experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and familiarity with safety regulations and procedures will be beneficial in this role.
