Position Description: The Senior Coordinator, Transition supports implementation consultants in the smooth transition from point-of-sale through hand-off to the client services and administration teams. This position is responsible for the intake of new and conversion plan paperwork on all appropriate systems within the department. Additionally, this position is responsible for implementing plans on the recordkeeping system, requiring the ability to interpret the plan documents and a deep understanding of the recordkeeping system. The position is responsible for establishing the appropriate investments and sources, inputting plan provisions, generating 404a5 disclosures and enrollment materials, and establishing participant records with the appropriate employment and plan status. The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization.
