Job Title: Value Stream Leader I FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Manufacturing Reports to: Production Manager GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The role of the Value Stream Leader I is to direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning and organizing Internal Value Streams. Through effective leadership and collaboration, this position ensures product builds meet internal and external standards in cost, quality, and delivery by influencing all associated upstream and downstream order to delivery processes. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation. Starting pay for the position is between $62,880 - $78,600.
