PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in business analysis and process design in one functional areas (finance, accounting, sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) within the enterprise in the analysis, and redesign of application package functions and processes - Assist in the formulation of and definition of application scope and objectives and help devise/modify procedures to solve business problems QUALIFICATIONS

Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
