This position is responsible for coordinating event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and on-site management to ensure smooth, high-quality event delivery. The role also involves facilitating stakeholder communications, coordinating cross-team efforts, and managing essential aspects of event budgets and vendor relationships. Additionally, the Assistant Director supports volunteer recruitment and training, maintains comprehensive event documentation, and assists with post-event feedback and reporting to enhance future event strategies. QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary Range: Minimum 24.58 per hour - Maximum 39.33 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
