Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative

18 month contract

Addison, TX (Onsite Mon - Thurs, remote Friday)

They will be forward facing and on the phones answering English and Spanish calls for registration (for all events), housing, and incentive trips as well as on-site during Seminar.
This person answer calls, works cases/emails and responds to the Customer Success chat in Teams.
The goal is providing excellent customer service in both languages and to respond to emails and calls in a timely manner for registration, housing, and incentive trip calls/emails.

Requirements
Candidate needs to be energetic, friendly, good personality
Good knowledge of TEAMS, Word, and Excel
Musty be detailed oriented, bilingual, engaged, well spoken
Hospitality or event planning background would be a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish

Estimated pay low $20
Estimated pay high $20
