Salary Range This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Practitioner Base Salary: $54,549.47 - $63,162.54/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential: $63,747.90 - $72,360.97/annually Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential: $69,202.84 - $78,677.22/annually Clinician - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential: $77,953.49 - $88,809.55/annually The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location North Branch, MN Schedule 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm Minimum Qualifications Clinician
