General Information: The School of Theatre & Dance at James Madison University (JMU) is accepting applications for a Fiscal Specialist. This full-time position supports the Theatre & Dance department and the Office of Creative Propulsion by processing, analyzing and reporting on departmental budgets and financial transactions. The primary and ongoing responsibilities include budgeting, guest artist contracts, expense reconciliations, vendor payments, assisting faculty and staff with payment requests and travel reimbursements, and record-keeping. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage multiple budgets for the School of Theatre and Dance academic department, theatre and dance production, scholarships and foundations, and the College of Visual and Performing Arts Office of Creative Propulsion.
