Facility Operations Job Description
The department of Campus Facilities is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Office Support Assistant III to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and direct building visitors. Receive deliveries and sort mail. Provide backup to Customer Service Center. Enter, track and distribute work orders into Maximo; data entry with 97% accuracy. Shift
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
