Summary: Work Days: Most work is conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. However, evening and weekend work is occasionally required, as necessary, to properly execute the duties of this role. Work Mode: In-person, on-campus. The Office of Enrollment Management is responsible for achieving the academic, diversity, headcount, and financial goals for undergraduate enrollment on the Twin Cities campus. This is achieved through the strategic recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students from high school and transfer students from other higher education institutions. The Office of Enrollment Management is also responsible for the administration of new student scholarships for the Twin Cities campus and works collaboratively on enrollment matters across the University of Minnesota system.
