Schedule: 7:45 am - 4:45 pm CT

Pay: $39/hr. + quarterly discretionary bonus (15% of quarterly salary)

The Job:

Hunter Hamilton has an exciting opportunity with one of our Austin Tech clients! They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to support their business in maintaining the existing client relationships and revenue of established books of business (about 50 enterprise books). You'll need to have keen sales skills - understanding and identifying pain points, showcasing data backed trends, creating urgency, and relationship building. You're comfortable making anywhere between 35 - 40 calls per day, and leading discovery calls in order to dig deeper into prospect pain points, areas of improvement, and be able to speak to the larger impacts of the strategies and how it relates to their hiring needs.

These books of businesses range from healthcare, healthcare adjacent, retail, logistics, tech, and technician based companies (HVAC, etc). You will be an agile resource which will be responsible for supporting a Sales Director with maintaining client relationships and revenue across teams and / or markets. In your role you may be required to move from team to team within Sales, based on business needs. Your focus, tenacity and agility will enable you to ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people.

This role is currently a 6 month LOA coverage position, with potential to convert to an internal employee. This role is hybrid (2x a week in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). It's a relatively new team, you'll be one of 6 - 7 employees on this tight knit enterprise team, with plenty of resources for training to be successful.

Main Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships and close sales efficiently
  • Evaluate and assess trends to present monthly analytics reports to your clients
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via webinar
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through phone, email, social media and professional networking


Who You Are:



  • 3+ years of experience in a sales B2B/SaaS environment - you're curious about your prospects business needs, you understand how to dig deeper into prospect's needs/pain points and illuminate impacts of their larger strategies or issues
  • You're not easily intimidated by new relationships - you're comfortable with cold calling, finding decision makers, and expanding relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations
  • You have a data focused and self-driven - you're able to provide insights on client accounts, you have experience illuminating products, services, or features that they may not be taking advantage of that align with their strategies, you're comfortable on product demonstrations and leading calls
  • The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts
  • Must have: Salesforce. G-Suite, and iOS
