Pay Range: $98,000 to $112,000
Job Summary:

Join our dynamic SAP support team as a Senior SAP Specialist (SD/LE) for S4 Hana, where you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our SAP landscape. As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6/S4/Hana) with hands-on application management or equivalent combination of education and at least 10 years of work experience.
  • Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the SD and LE modules, with a history of delivering high-impact solutions in a senior capacity.
  • Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience in at least three of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory/warehouse management, sales operations, logistics, finance and controlling.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is preferred.
  • Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
  • Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, especially MES systems, as well as with working with integration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management in IT.
  • SAP Certification is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, with a focus on support and maintenance.
  • Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly.
  • Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices.
  • Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring of dependencies and interface requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs.
  • Utilize SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative.
  • Implement preventive measures within SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.
  • Travel regionally or to other locations globally as needed.
