Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a lead program management analyst for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract, supporting the USAF Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division.

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

JOB STATUS: Full-time

TRAVEL: 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, of which 5 or more must be in DoD; or 15 years in lieu of MA/MS, of which 5 or more years must be in DoD; or 20 years relevant experience in lieu of degree, of which 8 must be in DoD.
  • Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Relevant DAWIA certification preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an agile development environment.
  • Experience in an ACAT I program office preferred
  • Comfortable working and communicating with senior military leaders
  • Experienced in all phases of the DoD acquisition life cycle
  • Confluence and Jira experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigates, analyzes, plans, evaluates, drafts and/or recommends solutions for project/program efforts.
  • Provides expert-level issue resolution and recommendations support to achieve desired program outcomes.
  • Applies broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.
  • Applies knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, in the planning, programming, budgeting, and executing (PPBE) process.
  • Reviews initial and revised acquisition documents and provides the enterprise-level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provides comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitates an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
