The Senior Corporate Real Estate Analyst is a key member of the Cornerstone Building Brands center of excellence responsible for leading the operational process and projects for a 200+ property real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. This person will collaborate with business unit and functional leadership to generate ongoing value for Cornerstone Building Brands through effective internal collaboration, management of outside service partners, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with outsourced real estate functions and have experience in project management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The US base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually + STIP + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
