Job Description: The primary duties of the qualified candidate involve researching and acquiring commercial real estate assessments, regulatory compliance documents, and construction-related permits from local and state agencies, then distributing these to the appropriate staff. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and tracking projects related to the daily production of environmental and engineering reports. This entails word processing, formatting technical documents, and assembling reports for client delivery. The role offers a dynamic work environment where strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements Physical Demands - Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary. Overtime - This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position. Language and Writing Skills - Must have ability to read, analyze, and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Ability to respond in writing or verbally to matter specific and general inquiries from management, peers, subordinates, clients, and external vendors. Must be able to produce and disseminate correspondence (i.e. emails, letters, etc.) as requested. The Salary Range for this position is $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
