Position Summary Arts & Science is seeking a talented Program Administrator to join the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS). This individual will provide administrative support to the center. Support office operations through fiscal oversight, office management, information and reporting systems, and personnel administration. Administer budgets, including the operating budget, grants, student and research accounts, and faculty research funds. Develop and implement policies and procedures in addition to overseeing data collection, reporting, and processing graduate assistant and faculty documents. Support the Director with administrative aspects of course scheduling and staffing. Manage the Foreign Language and Area Studies Scholarship (FLAS). Liaise with NYU faculty, staff, students, and administrators, as well as institutional partners and visitors. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
