JOB DESCRIPTION:

If so, we encourage you to apply for the Program Manager position with the Stride Crisis Diversion Center.

The Program Manager will report to the Project Director and will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all aspects of the day to day operations of the CMHC Crisis services grant.

As the leader of the Crisis Team, you will be asked to fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervise the direct service staff
  • Manage the day to day program's clinical/administrative activities
  • Work within budget
  • Facilitate infrastructure development - Including development of mobile crisis services and crisis diversion services
  • Coordinate with local service providers and community partners
  • Help develop services to include mobile crisis services and crisis diversion services
  • Coordinate with mobile crisis team
  • Being a positive and supportive influence for the clients, as well as for the staff
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferences:

Five years experience in related field and supervisory experience preferred. Master's level degree in counseling, psychology, social work preferred. Experience working in mental health and addictions, strong community connectedness, project planning and development experience preferred.

$48,300.00--$67,700.00
