needed PER DIEM
with Yoh's client located in Fort Worth, TX 76102.

This clinic offers Occupational, Primary, and Preventative Care.

Current Need:

8am - 5pm (closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm)
12/26, 12/27, 12/30, 12/31, 1/2 and 1/3

• Additional hours can be picked up at with clinic nearby.
  

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP)?license in state
• DOT Certified

• Required: minimum of three-five (3-5) years' experience as a NP in an Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care and/or Family?Practice type setting

What You'll Be Doing:

• Triage, Treat minor work-related and non-work related injuries and illnesses for employees and dependents

• DOT, pre-employment exam, annual physical exams, chronic visit (BP, DM II)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Current BLS

• Computer skills with previous experience using EMR

• Interpersonal skills necessary to interview, teach and counsel patients and interact with clients/employers
