Summary PGE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wildfire IT Operational Compliance Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative tools to enhance wildfire and operational compliance IT systems. In this role, you will oversee the design and deployment of advanced technologies to improve real-time data capabilities, conduct risk assessments, and create strategies that fortify systems against emerging threats. You will also manage and guide a team of professionals, adapt plans to address resource and operational challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of wildfire management systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cybersecurity and software development, coupled with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions. This critical role requires strategic planning, project management, and a commitment to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of PGE's wildfire operations. Compensation Range: $125,790.00 - $233,610.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
