Production Associate

Pay: $15-$17/hr (Depends on shift)

Choose the shift that works best for you!

• 1st Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Wednesday
• 2nd Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM, Monday-Wednesday
• 3rd Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM, Thursday-Saturday
• 4th Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM, Thursday-Saturday

Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment including but not limited to digital presses and/or bindery equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including troubleshooting problems to maintain quality standards and to keep equipment in running condition.
• Inspecting for adherence to procedures using visual discrimination, print quality analysis, and judgment.
• Recognizing when routine adjustments are necessary and identifying errors at the earliest possible stage to minimize production rework.

Requirements: A background in conventional offset operation (preferably in color printing), familiarity with prepress functions, knowledge of mechanical/ electromechanical equipment, detail-oriented, strong time management and communication skills, and basic computer skills. Lifting requirements are frequently up to 50 pounds.
