The Senior Director, Sustainability & Growth plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of consulting services within a highly complex, long-term Optum-health system enterprise partnership. The role will be responsible for managing the relationship with c-suite and other senior executives at this partner health system to identify, scope, and deliver advisory projects designed to drive critical growth, strategic, and operational outcomes for the partner organization. The role will serve as the primary Transformation pillar executive with overall responsibility for roadmap development, quality of delivery against that roadmap, senior-level relationship development, participation in partnership governance, and pillar economics. The Senior Director will also be a member of the Strategy and Transformation practice's team, and as appropriate with the partnership pillar lead responsibilities, will contribute to the Practice's market presence and growth outside of the assigned partnership, positively impact team culture, and take on direct reporting and mentorship relationships. The preferred location for this role is in the Milwaukee/Chicago area or adjacent region with remote or telecommuting options. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $147,300 to $282,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
