As an Agile Coach for our Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will act as a deep expert in Agile, responsible for leading teams across CG to adopt an Agile mindset and implement Agile ways of working typically dedicated to a specific line of business. Under limited supervision, this role will onboard, train and provide hands-on support to leadership and teams of associates within their assigned LOB to enable them in development of new mindset and new ways of working to scale the Agile methodology. In partnership with other Agile experts, this leader continues to develop and mature our Agile Coaching methods and shares best practices as part of the ECO Agile Practice.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a business or technical field

  • You have at least 8 years of experience working in an agile delivery environment, including a minimum of 2 years as an agile coach, scrum master, or a comparable role

  • You have deep expertise in agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices. You are certified in Agile (CSM, PSM-I, SAFe Scrum Master)

  • You have at least 2 years of experience using Atlassian Jira as an intermediate or advanced user

  • You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project/program delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.)

  • You successfully developed a vision and executed on the strategy, resulting in desired long-term impacts to the business

  • You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful business impact and outcomes

  • You are perceived as a leader who explorers and embraces diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints

  • Experience coaching and mentoring senior stakeholders, associates, and teams, as well as facilitating training sessions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and resolve conflict at the senior stakeholder, leadership, and team level

Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
