Position Summary:
As the Financial Aid Director (FAD), you will be the driving force behind our Financial Aid Department, responsible for overseeing and administering Title IV programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures. Your role will be instrumental in expanding access to healthcare education and positively impacting the lives of our students and the communities they serve.

Responsibilities Your Role and Responsibilities: * Ensure students are served ethically and in alignment with Concorde's Code of Ethics and Core Values. Qualifications Your Qualifications: * Business Acumen/Financial Aid Expertise: Proficiency in federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations. * Experience: Title IV Administration experience and three years in a supervisory role.
