Pay: $28 - $32 per hour Hours: 1st Shift As a Mechanical Technician, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Evaluating current processes to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize equipment and workflow efficiency while minimizing waste. Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
