VP HR Talent Strategy

The Vice President of HR Talent Strategy is responsible for leading the HR business partner function, focusing on engagement, retention, caregiver experience, labor cost management, and HR policy creation and implementation. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to support the organization's strategic goals and enhance the overall caregiver, leader, physician and advanced practice provider experience. The VP of HR Talent Strategy will collaborate with the CHRO and HR executives to ensure seamless and efficient HR service delivery.

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role, preferably at an executive level. Experience in health system or acute care setting is strongly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies, including employee relations, labor relations, labor cost management, and HR policy creation and implementation.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in using data to solve problems and drive decision-making.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
