About the role:
As a Operations Manager, you'll manage daily operations of the onsite and offsite warehouse to insure that no work stoppages occur related to a materials (Consumables and Collateral) shortage. Work with all levels of management to improve operational efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks by moving resources as needed to accomplish our business goals.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for Primary liaison for service side of the client relationship including escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client loyalty process.

  • Manages Team of approximately 10 people to ensure all materials are onsite when needed.

  • Delivers an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets.

  • Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for improving materials management processes.

  • Selects, trains, coaches and leads an efficient and effective team.

  • Identifies and recommends cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area.

  • Ensures all materials meet minimum standards and are stored in accordance to FIS standards / policies

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of managing and inventorying materials

  • Knowledge of common inventory practices FIFO

  • Proficient in Excel and has strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency to effectively supervise, lead and manage staff members

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others

  • Proficiency to operate independently

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

  • Career level management role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Has full understanding of all operations processing policies and procedures. Works on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead

  • This onsite position is located at our San Antonio, TX facility
