Our medical center's Adult Emergency Department has 52 beds, which includes 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds. Nurse/Patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1. If you are looking to work in a community hospital ED, that utilizes Team Nursing, with a very stable nursing leadership team, and if you like working in a fast-paced environment, then we might be the right place for you. ER nursing experience is a plus but not required. Active RN license required. *Shifts:* *12 hours nights* *Work location*: Columbia, Maryland Salary Range: Minimum 33.02 per hour - Maximum 52.68 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
