As an Engineer on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the client to develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate the next generation of resilient space, ground, and user capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters.Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also to use your ingenuity and broad knowledge of potential sources of new technologies and concepts such as applicable national labs, prototypes, and products from SBIR activities, and other commercial IR&D efforts, to identify areas requiring mitigation up front to plan, develop, mature, and on-ramp technologies for use in future missions. You will support senior clients on budgetary and investment prioritizations. You will also collaborate with organizations to unearth future concepts and create enterprise roadmaps to capture, analyze, and communicate technology transition plans. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
