Finance Manager Top Skill Sets Required: 1. Analytical Skills: Need to be able to evaluate data and information to help executives make decisions. They should be able to identify problems, find solutions, and spot financial risks. Advanced Excel and PPT are required. Large ERP system(e.g. SAP, Oracle or workday) experience is needed 2. Communication Skills: need to be able to explain financial transactions to their team, other teams, and leadership. They should be able to communicate clearly across a variety of mediums, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Position Description The main functions of a Finance Manager are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients. Responsibilities:
