Staffmark is currently hiring a Production Technician to join our team in Johnson City, TN. If you're ready to be part of a supportive, energetic team and make an impact in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $11.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

As a Production Technician, you will perform essential hands-on tasks to support the production process. This includes moving and stacking boxes, handling styrofoam sheets, and operating shrink-wrapping equipment to ensure efficient production flow and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities:



  • Move and stack materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
  • Pull and handle sheets of styrofoam, maintaining product quality.
  • Operate shrink-wrapping equipment to package products securely.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Communicate any issues with equipment or products to your supervisor.
