What you'll be doing...

As a techno functional product analyst, you will work with product teams for Verizon's Integrated Risk Management on ServiceNow. This role will operate as a lead of a product team engaging with corresponding business product owners across multiple units including Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Information Security Office, Supplier Risk Office, Policy & Compliance, to create consolidated and integrated financial and operational plans to improve Verizon's risk profile(s) across multiple systems.

This role is both equal parts of business & technical analyst with the ability to set rigorous technical/design standards whilst speaking the language of our business partners to influence positive outcomes for all Verizon risk and compliance organizations.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Working on cross functional teams focusing on guiding the business to shape business processes, product vision & strategy, roadmap, and backlogs around key objectives.

  • Delivering features from concept to launch through agile delivery methodologies while ensuring value realization, run governance, and support that delivers outstanding business results and user experience.

  • Delivering large and complex process transformation/system implementations including process design, functional design, technical and solution design, human-centered design, environment & deployment strategies, operational readiness, and change management across multiple functions spanning the SDLC lifecycle.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience with ServiceNow product development architecture.

  • Experience working with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ServiceNow products.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • CISSP Certification.

  • Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation, in an Agile environment.

  • Experience in Scrum and Agile software development methodology.

  • Expertise with risk / compliance teams and business analytics.

  • Experience utilizing user-centered design principles.

  • Possess good communication skills and able to work with large cross-functional teams.

  • Experience translating stakeholder business requirements to technical and functional designs.
