THE JOB:

As a Starbucks Runner at Mandalay Bay, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth daily operations for our Starbucks outlets. Your role focuses on stocking, cleaning, and organizing, playing a key part in maintaining our high standards for food safety and quality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this role is a great opportunity to support a dynamic team.

THE STARTING RATE:$19.5661

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and organize back-of-house and front-of-house coolers, ensuring proper rotation and inventory accuracy.
• Receive and put away daily and weekly food deliveries, properly labeling and storing items.
• Perform daily pulls of frozen items, date and store them for the following day's use.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Log waste, follow food safety guidelines, and assist with prep work such as making backups during off-peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure seamless operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in stocking, inventory, or food preparation in a restaurant or grocery environment is preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A food handler's card and knowledge of food safety guidelines (e.g., temperature controls) are required.
• Able to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
