Your dedication to providing top-notch experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide direction and support to GRA's, and Housepersons, achieving the highest cleanliness standards of rooms, and hallways in alignment of company standard Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring superior guest experience Facilitate meetings with team members to provide personalized performance feedback, recognize professional achievements, and address concerns Assist in leading the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training, and adherence to legal requirements, and collectivebargaining agreements Inspects the required number of guest rooms on a daily basis to ensure Guest Room Attendants (GRA's) are conforming to the sanitation requirements of health laws and standards set by the Company Maintains records including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees Instructs employees on the products used for cleaning in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) chemical Right to Know standards Submits required number of hallway evaluations to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager Reports all work orders to status and any follow required Respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive resolutions Completes daily worksheets, reports accurately and in a timely manner Issues and retrieves all master keys, cellphones, and two-way radios at the beginning and end of each shift Assist in projects assigned by the Asst Housekeeping Manager Meet productivity standards for your position ensuring each GRA completes the number of credits required Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience Has prior experience in a leadership role overseeing general cleanliness Has the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Has prior working experience with Microsoft Office, Rex, Amadeus, and Opera Professional appearance and demeanor Has a flexible schedule Bilingual
