About the Part-time Bookkeeper Position: Our client is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their clients. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of their financial processes. Essential Functions for the Part-time Bookkeeper: The Part-time Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Track and manage inventory costs, job costing, and other manufacturing-related expenses. Assist with payroll processing and preparation of financial reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred Requirements for the Part-time Bookkeeper: The Part-time Bookkeeper should have proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
