You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of hardware-assisted verification (HAV) methodologies. Your expertise in verification products and unique skills in communicating complex value propositions are critical to achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base. You are proactive, with a strong customer advocacy mindset, and adept at establishing long-term technical relationships with clients. Your ability to tackle high-value problems and offer tailored solutions sets you apart. You thrive in team environments, working closely with account managers, product managers, application engineers, and R&D teams. You are strategic, innovative, and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Your proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce further enhances your effectiveness in the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with a team of sales specialists for Synopsys' HAV, Systems, and Verification products.
  • Engaging deeply with clients to uncover new challenges and high-value problems, offering tailored Synopsys solutions.
  • Working within the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to meet and execute sales objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assisting account teams in building competitive displacement and growth campaigns utilizing the full portfolio of flows and methodologies.
  • Developing and directing complex technical sales plans related to HAV and verification solutions.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Synopsys HAV, Systems, and verification products to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client insights to inform sales strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in hardware product sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert knowledge in System Engineering/IC Design/Verification/Validation.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and verification products and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

You will be part of a collaborative team of sales specialists, product managers, application engineers, and R&D professionals. Together, you will work within the Global Go-to-Market organization to achieve sales objectives and drive the success of Synopsys' HAV, Systems, and Verification products.
