We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team and lead our training initiatives. If you are enthusiastic about helping others grow and excel, we want to hear from you! As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our associates. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
