Pay Rate: $23 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM As a Production Test Technician, your responsibilities will include performing production testing on systems and sub-assemblies prior to shipment. You'll verify that systems are built and configured according to customer specifications, conduct testing according to factory procedures, generate standard electronic test reports, and review and approve reports from other testers. You'll also diagnose defective systems down to the module level. Requirements: Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of electronics testing experience. Strong understanding of basic electrical circuits, including analog, power electronics, digital, and microcontroller systems. Ability to read diagrams, wiring schematics, and work with electrical wiring in heavy AC/DC power environments. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods, operate test equipment, sit, bend, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing a six-foot ladder, and discerning color differences. Proficiency with hand tools, multi-meters, loads, and test fixtures.
