Position Summary The Program Manager will work with students interested in careers devoted to creating positive social change to better prepare them for the jobs of tomorrow. The Program Manager's primary responsibility will be to develop programs that provide future changemakers with tangible experience to leverage as they enter the job market. Another key responsibility will be to offer career coaching to students interested in social impact, helping provide exposure to job opportunities and guidance on structuring sustainable careers. Helping foster interdisciplinary collaboration among students and their peers will be a key strategic objective of the role. Building students' capacity to adapt and respond to change, incorporate and respect diversity, and solve problems thoughtfully and creatively will be important in achieving that objective. This position will embody a partnership between the Wasserman Center for Career Development and the School of Arts and Science, Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Silver School of Social Work, and the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development to amplify career resources for changemakers and position NYU as a leader in career development for students to make social impact. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $72,000.00 to USD $92,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
