The Enterprise Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, test, and turn up of all central office, master control, remote network backbone equipment pertaining to Enterprise Data, Retail MDU, MTU, and SDU areas. Additionally responsible for customer premise enterprise equipment installation, testing, activation and trouble repair calls for ON or Off network Enterprise customers by monitoring and completing all new, change, and disconnect orders per the pertinent due dates in the workflow calendar.
