Description Business Analyst Intern Location: Remote, USA Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time) Program Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025 Summary OneStream is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to enthusiastically drive innovation that keeps pace with our industry-leading growth and achieves 100% customer success. As an OneStream Business Analyst, you will prepare market research, conduct stakeholder interviews, and organize business requirements to provide a consistent stream of work for our software development teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Offer recommendations on optimal solutions to address business needs, manage project deliverables, and meet delivery timelines. Conduct interviews with employees at all levels to analyze workflows and operational methods during the analysis phase of implementation. Document existing and desired product processes, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders. Convert business requirements into clear, accurate, and concise functional specifications for software development teams. Provide personal and professional support to colleagues, contributing to OneStream's commitment to teamwork and customer success. Required Education and Experience Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as business, accounting, finance, computer science, business information systems or a related discipline. Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students. Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly motivated and self-directed. Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills. Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting. Able to work on a broad variety of projects. Adaptable to changing needs and situations.
