Summary of Job Duties:The Instructor will teach Radiopharmacy II (NMIS 42252) and Instrumentation II (NMIS 42232) courses. This role involves delivering high-quality education to prepare students for careers in nuclear medicine and imaging sciences. The Instructor will collaborate with faculty to ensure alignment with the department's academic standards and the evolving needs of the profession. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine Imaging Sciences, Radiopharmacy, or a related field.

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and evaluate students in Radiopharmacy II and Instrumentation II.
  • Develop and deliver engaging course materials, including lectures, labs, and assignments.
  • Ensure that course content aligns with accreditation standards and current industry practices.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning and professional growth.
  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of curriculum to maintain academic rigor.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methods and emerging technologies into the classroom.
  • Support students academically and professionally, providing mentorship in nuclear medicine imaging sciences.
  • Participates in student evaluations, clinical placements, and competency assessments.
  • Stay informed of trends and advancements in nuclear medicine and radiopharmacy.
  • Collaborate with departmental faculty on research or projects to advance the field.
  • Participates in departmental meetings, program reviews, and other institutional activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of grading, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.
