JOB SUMMARY:

Orders, receives, stores, and issues food items for the Food and Nutrition department. Maintains all safety and health regulations. Coordinates special functions, i.e. meetings, luncheons, or suppers, requiring refreshments or meals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent

o One (1) Hospital, Institutional or Restaurant Environment as a Baker, Cook or Salad Maker
