Per Diem Radiology Scheduling Coordinator - Breast Health Center

The Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department. This position will work primarily in the Breast Health Center at Regions Hospital.

Work Schedule:

• Per diem, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. Must pick up at least one shift per month.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally within the Regions Radiology Department.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration.
• Healthcare scheduling experience.
• Epic electronic medical record system experience.

Additional Information:

This is a non-union per diem (0 set hours per pay period) position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $19.26-$28.89 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and not eligible for benefits.
