Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to extract data, create reports, and provide sound business recommendations to company leaders regarding multiple business lines, with an emphasis on programmatic advertising. The Analyst also will assess intersecting information and data related to user journeys and customer acquisition, first-party data, email marketing, and consumer engagement. The Data Analyst will help build data reports and audience segmentations across the company's diverse multiplatform portfolio in News, Entertainment and Sports. The Analyst will work with diverse digital leaders to collect and analyze data using multiple platforms and tools, including Google Ad Manager and Big Query, GA4, Salesforce, Data Studio and Tableau. The Analyst will analyze and interpret data to determine patterns, optimizations, correlations, revenue opportunities, track campaign performance, programmatic advertising performance and more for Sinclair's Digital operations across local TV news stations, streaming products, The Tennis Channel, The National Desk, and other company divisions. The Analyst will structure large data sets to find usable information and create visualizations for different personas and audiences that lead to activation, execution and revenue opportunities. The Analyst position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and knowledge of first-party data, programmatic advertising and the overall digital ecosystem. Ideal candidates will understand the intersection of sales, marketing, and effective technical delivery, plus have expertise in programmatic advertising and digital marketing's role in utilizing first-party data, lead generation, registration and subscriptions to drive revenue. The Analyst must be comfortable with fast-moving change and execution and be able to work across a growing, evolving, matrixed organization. This position is based in Seattle, WA. The base salary compensation range for this role is $68,000 to $82,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan. |
