Overview Carle Health is seeking an additional Family Medicine APP to join the Primary Care team at Carle BroMenn on Franklin in Normal, Illinois. Opportunity Details Schedule is 40 hours/week (36 in clinic, 4 admin) Saturday rotation is usually one Saturday morning per month from 8-12 This position would be joining a group of 6 providers that work in Family Med See an average of 15-16 patients daily Onsite lab services, Radiology, and Physical Therapy available at the hospital across the drive Candidates must be comfortable managing their own panel of patients Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant. Candidates with Advanced Practice Provider experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
