Description Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Customer Service Administration Intern position is responsible for performing tasks and projects to support the Customer Service Organization. The Customer Service Administration Intern would gain exposure to customer service activities, improving the customer experience, and gain visibility to financial and regulatory compliance for the Customer Service Organization.
This is a Co-Op opportunity working 40 hours per week, at our site based in Raleigh-Durham. The anticipated duration of the Co-Op will be from January/February - August 2025. This role cannot be fully-remote as it requires onsite work 3+ days a week. and relocation assistance is not provided.
