14324BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day/PM shifts with weekend and holiday rotation. Compensation: $30.45+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: Some Benefit Eligible Position has a high level of technical knowledge and experience and is responsible for the technical aspects of the applicable cost center of the laboratory. Required Qualifications: Associate degree in a life science, Medical Lab Technician or equivalent 4 years of current or relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting Meets CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing Accountability Adaptability Collaboration Communication-written & verbal Change management Decision making Flexibility Customer/patient focused Interpersonal skills Managing priorities/deadlines Microsoft Office Motivation Planning and organizing skills Problem-solving Professionalism Self-development Teamwork Technical aptitude - ability to learn new systems Required Qualifications: Medical Technologist Clinical Laboratory Technologist 4 years of current or relevant experience in the particular discipline: Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology or Transfusion Services ASCP or equivalent EEO/M/F/D/V
