16 Position Summary
Primary duties and responsibilities include the management of scope development, contract support, and procurement of parts, develop schedule, equipment history review, and shutdown backlog lists for the inclusion into the outage work. This position will manage the outage planning process and follow the milestones of the process to ensure the Overhaul/outage is complete and developed on time. In addition, the position will manage the execution of the overhaul/outage schedule and ensure adequate resources are available to complete the outage on time. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience in maintenance, operations, and/or O&M/Capital project management.
Demonstrate skills in job planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Knowledge of all Power Generation safety procedures including proficiency in LOTO program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Knowledge of SAP core modules
Possess a valid driver's license with a history of a safe driving record in accordance with CPSE policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or experience in Power Generation Operations/Maintenance of power plant facilities. Required Certifications Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
