THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Slot Floor person to accurately complete paperwork, prepare hopper fills and jackpots, and communicate information of relevant concern to Supervisors and Technicians while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and property policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.43

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately complete paperwork, prepare jackpots and communicate information of relevant concern to Supervisors, Technicians, Coin and Security department

• Work at Players Club Booth by enrolling guests into the Players Club program

• Issue complimentary items to casino guests according to company policies, practices, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of the Gaming Control Board

• Ensure the security of issued keys, radios and acres slot cards and their condition upon return at the conclusion of a shift

• Maintain a fixed amount of currency to be used for the breakdown of large bills into small bills used by the Slot Bill Validators

• Assist patrons by explaining the Players Club membership application form, benefits offered and how the card works at the slot machine

• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of prior Customer Service Experience
• Work varied shift including holidays and weekends
• Strong problem solving and listening skills
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
