Overview of Position:

Heiser has immediate openings for Service Advisors. We are seeking professional individuals who demonstrate strong customer service skills, are detail, quality oriented, have a desire to communicate with our guests, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction. Service Consultants work with our Service Department performing a range of administrative and customer service duties including making cost estimates, tracking the status of repairs, and writing reports that detail time and labor costs.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
  • Contacting your guests twice per day
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Develop estimates
  • Write repair orders
  • Serve as a communicator and Liaison between guests and Technicians
  • Ensure customer needs are understood by Technicians
  • Ensure needs and recommended services/repairs are understood by your guests



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Valid and clean WI Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
